Hi! I'm Stephanie Scharf, a Graphic & Web Designer.

Besides working to establish myself as a freelance web and graphic designer, my current station in life is as a Senior Advertising Major at the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Why Advertising? Because I love the evolving nature of creative media! Couple that with my personality trait of always wanting to help people succeed and find the best for themselves, and you can understand why Advertising was a natural choice.

When I’m not Twittering, Blogging, Photoshopping, learning about CSS & JQuery, or going to class, I’m using those skills to develop projects for my clients. Additionally, I am the interactive specialist and project manager of an online recruitment venture for the UNL Advertising sequence. You can see our online home at unl-ad.me. I was also recently hired as a design intern at the Lincoln, NE advertising agency Snitily Carr.

I enjoy being busy and learning about the ever-changing trends in social media, interactive, and graphic design! I’m fortunate to posess the ability to balance not only previous mentioned duties, but also commitments to a loving family, supportive boyfriend, great friends, and of course my clients!

The main purpose of this site is to showcase my work in static & interactive web, as well as graphic design. My portfolio highlights what I believe to be my best work in these areas, and is updated regularly. Portfolio items are a combination of projects for self, class, and clients.

All portfolio works were created in Adobe CS3 or CS4. Skills I have implemented are print layout and graphic design, vector illustration, css/html, flash animation, and various photo manipulations via Photoshop.

The second purpose of the site is to attract clients who are looking for affordable professional web and graphic design. I have been taking on freelance projects for about three years, and enjoy each chance to increase my skillset while perfecting projects to the client’s specifications.
