How it Works

1. Existing events and the option to create new ones are easily accessed from a section added to the left-hand dashboard menu.
2. On the new event page, the user enters the event title and details similar to creating a regular post. The event date and location are also entered.
3. Visitors to the site see a list of upcoming events in the format “dd/mm – Event Title” which when clicked link to the full events page where the event details and location is located.
4. Past events are automatically removed from the home page and sidebar, but data is retained in post admin area.

Options

• Location information is optional
• Full event details can include images and links
• Home page and sidebar lists can be limited to a certain number, while the full list can be shown on a main navigational page
